Take the San Carlos Exit off of Hwy 15 and follow the main Road, Blvd Beltrones for about 15 minutes through the town (past the Pemex and the Banmex) until you come to a junction/roundabout where you can either turn right or go straight on to the Marina. Bear right  (At this point you can follow the signs to Hotel Paradiso). Turn right and follow this road around a bay and into a small one way system, keep following the road and you will cut through a pass with mountains either side. You will come back towards the beach and in front of you will be Vista Marina and Marina Del Rey, stay right and follow the road past the Premier Vacation Club. You will see a large tower of condominums on your left and once you have past these you will come to a roundabout. Go all the way around the roundabout and then turn an immediate right (If you come to the entrance of Hotel Paradiso you have gone too far). This will take you to the entrance of Costa Del Mar. Go through the gates turn right and the Villa will be on the left hand corner as you pass the first road on your left
